The CarSigns text program

CarSigns, operated by HTH Inc, sends text messages to customers who opt in. Depending on what you selected, these include order updates, shipping notifications, customer care messages and marketing messages about new products, offers and cart reminders.

How to opt in

You opt in by entering your mobile number on our sign-up form and selecting the text message option you want. Each option is unchecked by default and optional. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We will send one message confirming that you have opted out. You can sign up again at any time.

Carrier liability

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy
